At Ma Boulange our Pastry Chefs have their fingers in many pies so to speak.
Starting early in the morning as dawn arises they’re baking fresh french inspired breads and baguettes. Buttery sweet pastries and of course the must have chocolate croissant and croissants.
As the rest of the town wakes up we invite you down to taste our home cooked breakfast menu. Offering many of the staple Australian choices including: bacon, eggs, sausages, mushrooms ect. We have also created our signature breakfast; The French Fusion. It allows a little bit of choice as you pick your choice of meats, accompanied sides and breads, croissants or baguettes.
Have you ever tried bacon and eggs on a croissant? No? Well, we can tell you its absolutely divine and a must have morning treat to start your day off.
Our Corn Fritters and Pancakes also come in gluten free and dairy free options!
As the sun reaches it’s peak we swap into our lunch menu. Prepare yourself to experience truly french style confit duck. Whether it be in a light summery salad or Cooked whole to the leg. We’ve got it all! Other french lunch specialties include Coq Au Vin and a selection of buckwheat crepes (Gluten Free). We also offer quiches, pies, triangles, sausage rolls and a range of sandwiches all made in house.
On top of offering cafe style food we also double as a patisserie. We can proudly boast that we have one of the largest petit cake selections on display in the Sunshine Coast. All of which have traditional french patisserie inspiration.
Just some of the range includes : Fruit, Caramel, Lemon Meringue and Citron Tarts. Choux, Eclairs, Gluten Free Cakes and Tarts. Mille Feuille, Paris Brest (All though we’ve renamed it appropriately Paris Coolum) and of course a large choice of the ever popular Macarons (also gluten free).
An array of large cakes are also availble for your special occasions including: Chocolate Mousse Cake, Mango and White Chocolate Mousse Cake, Raspberry, Chocolate, Caramel Craves, Raspberry Cheesecake, Baked Cheesecake, Fruit Tart, Lemon Tart, Sour Cherries and Almond Tart, Pear and Chocolate Almond Tart, Blackforest, Fraisier and the list goes on…
